The First Festival "ARTCONCEPT" is  passed in Saint-Petersburg in 2004 (25.05-01.06). In "Live"  participated authors from England, 
Germany, Poland, Israel, Wales, Finland, Sweden.
There were presented the works more than 70 authors from 20 countries.
It is known that often society does not accept, and, even more often does not understand innovative ideas of artist; in this process 
is very important  enlightenment function of festival.
The Participants - authors-experimenters, researching and developping  new aesthetic elements of culture. 
It was not a good financial supporting of festival but in the end it has done, firstly for all of us was exhibited and have an interest (always
still) of the "statement" of a question  thus like: we need  the festival, it should be organized, and it  should be continuable.
