...the
desire of foreign authors to demonstrate their creations in our country
adds a little optimism, especially to artists, in any case, although on
the west is exist the misgivings that in Russia to be an artist is not a
perspective, and, especially a free artist. A talk is not about pot-boilers,
who service for "elite" and show business (with these always all
will well). But what should make a creator, that’s to do with progressive artistic ideas, which do not independent to official structures; in Russia a lot of officials who curates the art, they sit in all powerful cabinets… Basically they are bureaucracy of top-level officials, old soviet leaven, their outlook an dull, volume of knowledge and understanding of the art at a rate of 80- years the past century. And they consider to whom help, and to whom no. Officials concern with sharing the finance secret, on old fashion - amongst "their own", "necessary" and "useful" people, as well as on system "recoils". Everyone knows of it. Existing official system of grants, donation and supports but this is not stand up to criticism. All necessary to change, quickly, faster! |
